We woke the kids up at 7:30 to find their eggs and give them their baskets. Bruce hid the eggs that we had colored all over the house while I woke the kids up. First I woke up Max and then I took him in to wake Hailey up. She woke up very quickly when I said it was time to look for eggs. They were both very excited to come out and look for all the eggs. They used the buckets their Easter buckets to gather them all. Everytime Max threw a egg in his bucket we would hear a crunch. He would say "I pound one. Oh, I pound another one." They were also very excited to get their Easter baskets. Everytime Max would pull out a piece of candy he would say "Just open dis, Mommy." At church, I took Hailey back to her class, but the teachers thought that the preschoolers were supposed to be staying out in service today so they didn't have a lesson plan. They decided to just put the preschoolers in the toddler nursery today. Hailey was very happy to get to go in with Max. She took his hand and went right in. The nursery was crowded with kids. When we came to pick them up, they had moved the three and four year olds into the room next door to watch a movie. On the way home, Hailey said "I got to go in my old class to watch a movie but I didn't have my old teachers, just Max's teachers." She was also very excited to tell us that she got to play with Trinity and Abigail today cause they got to be in the same class. We headed over to my parents house for Easter dinner. Charlie and Sue also came over. Nana and Papa gave the kids their Easter baskets and then the kids went outside for an egg hunt. They all loved running around the yard with their buckets looking for the eggs. Everytime, Hailey found two eggs close to each other, she would just pick up one and say "I will leave this one for Max." It was very sweet of her. Max started getting really tired and layed his head on Charlie's lap. He layed there until dinner was ready. After eating dinner, I put him down for a nap. He climbed out of the crib again, but when Papa went in and told him to lay down, he layed right down and went to sleep. Hailey and Jacob rested in the chair together reading books and cuddling. They were cuddling really cute together but moved when I got my camera out. After they rested, they took hands and walked around the house together. Jacob and Hailey wanted to watch the Cars movie which Max loved too this time. He sat through the whole thing, getting all excited and saying "Look, dere a wace car!" I played peek-a-boo with Adam and had him laughing so hard. It was so funny.

I got some a good laugh at the video when Max couldn't find the egg that was so close to him. I heard some crunching as he threw his eggs in that bucket. It sure was a fun Easter. Great pictures.
I just wish you could see the expressions on his face a little better in the video. It's a little darker on the blog. I'll have to show you it in full size when you come over next time. You'll think it's even more funny. He was looking right at it sometimes and didn't even notice it, and he was so serious the whole time while he was trying to find it.
