We got ready and went to church this morning. Hailey wouldn't go in her class again by herself. Bruce had to stay with her. She did good though with him back there, participating in all the activities and saying her Bible verse. The teacher couldn't even remember today's verse, so Hailey told her what it was speaking very loud and clear. She just won't let us leave her back there. She grabs onto us screaming and crying, and we can't leave her like that or she'll disrupt the rest of the class. Even when we did try to leave her crying before, they just ended up coming and getting us after a few minutes anyway. Now she knows we'll stay if she just keeps crying. Max sure loves his class though. He can't wait to go play. Max, Hailey, and I all took naps after lunch since Hailey was up really early again this morning. Bruce got the lawn mowed while we were sleeping. We found a cute dollhouse bookshelf new in the box at the Salvation Army a couple days ago, so Bruce put it together this evening. Hailey loved playing with her people on it. It looks really pretty all set up in her room. Now we finally have a place for all those books that we got out of storage the other day. We also got the kids their costumes for trick or treating. Hailey loves playing in her princess dress. Max is going to be a monkey. We ordered pizza for lunch and some cinnamon sticks too. While I read books to Max and got him ready for bed, Hailey and daddy played candyland. Hailey started complaing about a headache tonight. She felt pretty warm too, so I took her temperature and she had a fever. It was 101.3, so I gave her some motrin and she fell asleep pretty quickly after we tucked her in bed.

I sure thought Hailey would go in class this week. She proved last week she can have fun without Mommy or Daddy in there. Too bad they always bring her back when she's throwing a fit. Maybe they need someone (besides you or Bruce) to stay with her in another room so she doesn't get what she wants for her fit without disrupting the class.

Candyland - oh we loved that game. We still gotta get Jacob's costume - Adam is going to be a bear.

I thought whe would too. Hailey was even telling us how mich fun she had in her classs by herself last week. Yesterday, after church, she told us that they let her play with playdough when she goes to class by herself. I wish they wouldn't give in so quickly and bring her back to us too. We were thinking the same thing about having someone else take her in the cry room if she cries. Then she wouldn't be having any fun and she wouldn't get to come to us if she cries. I think that would do the trick too.

All the costumes at the Children's Place and Old Navy are 50% off right now. They have alot of really nice costumes for about $10-$12.
