I woke up in the middle of the night hearing Jack laughing. He was still sleeping so he must have been dreaming. I stood there watching him for a couple minutes and he was just laying there giggling with his eyes closed. It was too funny. This morning we had to take Jack to the pediatric surgeon. He has to have a circumcision revision. The kids were reading a book with daddy when the doctor came in the room. Then they sat quietly looking at the pictures in the book the whole time we were talking to the doctor. He kept saying the kids were so well behaved. He told them they could pick a toy out of the toy chest because they were so good. He was such a nice doctor. He came out to the waiting room to see what the kids had picked. Hailey showed him her game she picked, and Max showed him the little squirrel he picked. Then while daddy was scheduling Jack's surgery, Hailey was showing me some "tricks". She jumped as she kicked out her leg. The doctor was walking by and said "Nice trick. Do you think I can try it?" He copied her. Then he asked Hailey and Max to show him more tricks. When we got home, Bruce took the kids on a long bike ride, 12 miles round trip. They went to a school playground, to grandpa's house, and then to taco bell for dinner. The kids loved it. When they got back, they were excited to tell me about a skunk they smelled. Max enjoyed playing outside in the dark while daddy cleaned up the toys in the backyard. He kept filling his dump truck with leaves and dumping them out. I layed Jack on his butterfly activity mat while I was putting Hailey and Max to bed. He was kicking alot and started laughing at the bugs jiggling whenever he kicked the side. He thought it was so funny to see them all jiggling above him.

The pediatric surgeon sounds very kind. When Max stayed with us he told me about the skunk he "saw". Funny video.
