MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!

Max woke up first this morning. He didn't even notice all the presents under the tree. He just started playing with all the new toys that were sitting out in the living room. When Hailey woke up, she saw the presents under the tree right away and started running for them, but on the way she saw her new doll on the floor and picked her up to play with her forgetting all about all the presents under the tree. I waited for a while to see if they would notice again, but they just kept playing so finally I asked them to go see what was under the tree. They both ran over and then got all excited. Hailey started looking at all the presents and got very excited when she found the ones with her name on it. She also would show Max the ones with his name on it telling him that it was his. Bruce made cinnamon rolls, as we have done for the last couple of years now on Christmas morning. He makes the best cinnamon rolls. My mom and dad came over and we ate our yummy cinnamon rolls and then opened presents. The kids were very excited about their presents. They would hand them over to Papa to get them out of the box right away. When Max opened the shovel we got them, he took it and started to pretend to shovel snow right away. Then he sat on it to ride on it like daddy does with the big shovel all the time. It was funny. Max was very excited about his motorcycle, and Hailey was very excited about her dollhouse. When we were done opening gifts, we all ate lunch and then Hailey and Max had fun playing with all the new toys. Hailey tried on her new dress that Nana and Papa had gotton her and wanted to dance in it right away.
