This morning, Hailey was washing her hands and said "Soap has chemicals in it." We've never told her that before. She must have heard us talking about chemicles before, and she is always paying attention to everything we say. She sure does suprise us with the things she puts together sometimes. After lunch we went to a toy store to look around for ideas for Christmas. Hailey and Max had fun playing with the train set aother play tables while I looked around. Hailey really liked playing with the dollhouse they had set up which is something we are planning on getting her for Christmas. It wasn't too cold out today, so we walked through the town a little bit and went to a couple more shops. We stopped at a candy shop and each of us picked out some candy to take home. Then we went to the bakery and got some cookies. While we were walking in the parking lot to go back back to the van, Hailey said "Where can we sit to eat our cookies? There's no seats." I guess she didn't know we were going back to the van to eat them, and she really wanted that cookie. We stopped at Toys R Us on the way back home to look at bikes for Max and dollhouses for Hailey. The kids played on all the bikes and ride on toys they had there. We picked up a hot and ready pizza on the way home so we could eat quick before Bruce and I had to leave. We got a babysitter for the kids and went to "Ultimate Date Night" at our church. The speakers were so funny and had us all laughing so hard. Afterward's we went out for icecream with my parents and some other couples from church. It was pretty late when we got back and the kids were both asleep. Hailey started crying when we left which got Max crying, but Billy said that they stopped shortly after we left. She said they were both really good for her and went to bed great.
