It was such a nice day today, 71 degrees. Bruce rode his bike to pick Hailey up from school. She loves to ride in the bikeseat, and is always excited to see that daddy is picking her up with the bike. When they got home, we ate lunch and then spent the rest of the day outside. It was very hot in the sun and we were all wearing shorts. I was glad that I haven't put away the summer clothes yet. Max and Hailey had fun playing while Bruce and I got some work done outside. While going through buckets in the garage and shed, Bruce found some laminated pictures that he used while teaching his science class. They were pictures of mountains, volcanoes, earthquakes, and stuff. Hailey loved looking through all of them. She was very interested in what everything was and was asking alot of questions. We decided to let Max skip a nap today and went for a walk. The kids liked being pulled in the wagon. They shared an apple while we walked. It was cute watching them hand the apple back and forth to take turns having bites. We walked down to the park. The kids had fun playing. I put Jack in a baby swing and he was laughing as I pushed him. Hailey liked showing me all her tricks on the hanging rings. And she liked showing me how she climbs up all the different things too. Max climbed up a ladder and she said "Look! Max is climbing up the ladder all by himself. Good Job Max. You are such a big boy now." As we walked back home, the kids picked up sticks along the way. They walked for awhile and then got back in the wagon. We ate a late dinner when we got home. Then I gave the kids separate baths and got them ready for bed.

I love those pictures of Jack in that outfit and hat. Glad there was a warm day in Nov for him to wear it. Adorable.
