Cutting pieces of paper to make his rainbow picture.

Hailey dressed for "rainbow day" at school. And here is her picture she made.

When Max saw Jack laying with his froggy and blankie, he went and got his elepant and blankie and then layed down by him.

Then Max said "Mommy, I a baby. Wrap me up."

Bruce took Hailey to school this morning. It was rainbow day today. Every Friday they are supposed to try to wear something the color of the week. They have done every color and now it was rainbow week. She looked so cute wearing all her rainbow colors. She was so excited to wear her "rainbow watch" that she got for a gift at my cousins baby shower. As soon as she saw the colorful watch she said "I should wear this for rainbow day at school." The teacher also told the kids they could make a picture of a rainbow and bring it in to share with the class for show and tell. Hailey and Max cut up pieces of construction paper and glued it on to make a rainbow. They sure had alot of fun doing that. We did a couple colors a day and finished it last night. Hailey was so excited to show her teacher her pretty picture. Max liked his too. His favorite part was cutting the paper. He still uses two hands to cut, so I put a strip on paper in a clip to hold it for him. He did a good job cutting up little pieces. He didn't hardly want to stop to glue the pieces onto the paper. He kept saying "I want to cut." He also wanted to cut only yellow pieces. He would cut a few pieces of each color and then ask for yellow again. So I just gave him extra pieces of yellow to cut while I cut the rest of the colors for him. Hailey had dance class this evening. I layed Jack on his blanket on the floor and gave him his bumble bee toy to play with. He would grab it and make the loudest noise, almost a scream. Max would laugh at him everytime and after awhile he started doing it just to make Max laugh. Max said "Is he screamin?... Dat's funny." It was pretty funny. He was so loud.
