Jack didn't sleep too well last night. He would fall asleep while I was holding him but as soon as I layed him down he would wake up crying. He finally fell asleep and stayed asleep around 4:30 and woke up around 6:30. Max came in at 7:30 and crawled in bed to cuddle with us. He was very cute talking to Jack and he kept saying "He nice". Bruce took Max with him to the store this morning. Hailey wanted to hold Jack right away when she woke up and didn't want to put him down all day. I put him in his swing and he fell asleep. I asked her to just let him sleep for a little bit. She stayed by the swing looking at him the whole time. She kept asking when he was going to wake up and complained that he was sleeping a long time. I told her that she should go play while he slept. She said she didn't want to, but I did finally talk her into playing with playdough. That only lasted about 15 minutes though. Then she got her little chair and sat in front of the swing to watch Jack sleeping again. She also ran and got out her camera and took some pictures of Jack. Bruce's mom and Ron came over around 12:00. They also brought Sebastian and Pele. The kids all had fun playing together. They also all wanted to hold baby Jack, especially the girls. Sebastian and Max were happy to just hold him for a couple minutes. Hailey and Pele wanted to hold him longer, Hailey had a hard time sharing her new baby brother with everyone, and had a few meltdowns over it. My mom brought grandpa over this evening so he could meet his new great grandson. When it was time for the kids to go to bed, we put Sebastian in with Max and Pele in with Hailey. They all did really well and went to sleep pretty quickly.
