Learning how to pedal his tricycle. He needed some help from daddy at first, but it wasn't long before he was riding around on his own.

Calling the neighbor girls over to talk through the fence.

If they can't come over to play, they will stand there at the fence talking and playing games with each other for a very long time, sometimes the entire time we are outside. Alot of times they make up games to play through the fence, like throwing a leaf back and forth trying to catch it.

Having fun playing on the beds in the camper.

After Jack had his bath, he kept giving himself kisses in the mirror.

Hailey sure loves this stuffed tiger that Aunt Vikki got her at the garage sale. She wanted to sleep with it tonight.

Early this morning, Vikki and I took Hailey to get her dance pictures taken. Bruce got the boys ready and took them to church. Hailey did great for her pictures. She had fun looking at herself in the big mirror. We had some time before we had to be at church, so we stopped at a couple garage sales on the way there. At one of them, Hailey found this big stuffed cat that she really wanted. It was only 50 cents but I told her no cause I really didn't think we needed any more stuffed animals laying around the house. I was sure this one, like many others, would just get put aside and forgotten after a few days. But she held onto it tight and said "Pleeeeease." I've never seen her want something so bad. Aunt Vikki said "Oh, I have 50 cents. I'll get it for her." Hailey smiled as she took it up to the lady. She was so happy. She didn't even want to put it down for the next garage sale. We let her carry it with her. She hugged it the whole way to church and named it "Carmel". When we got to church and I opened the van door to get her out, she held onto it very tightly and said "Please can I take it with me. I love it." I decided to let her take it in
with her. But I told her she had to leave it with me when she went to her class. I can't believe how much she loves this thing. She held it all during worship and carried it around as soon as we picked her up from her class too. Max was very cute singing today. We sang a new song and he was singing the chorus really well. He sang so loud and cute. When we got home, we made Taco Salad for lunch. Hailey and Max sure ate good. They ate everything in their bowls and then asked for more. Hailey still didn't put her new stuffed cat down and was still carrying it around everywhere she went, other than while she was eating but it was still right next to her. I put the boys down for their naps. While they were napping, Bruce got the camper set up so we could start getting it ready for this weekend. Hailey was so excited. She liked riding with daddy around the block to the back yard to get the camper and bring it around to the driveway. I let her take the puppy with her. She liked holding her in the car. She sure was excited when daddy got it set up. She climbed inside and said "But where's the table? Cause I remember there was a table here somewhere.", as she was pointing to where it should be. Daddy just hadn't got to that part yet. It was still folded into a bed. Max was also excited when he woke up and saw the camper set up. We all played in there for awhile . The kids had fun climbing on the beds. Jack even seemed to enjoy it. He liked playing peekaboo behind the curtain. The puppy liked it too and was very good. We also tried putting her on the tieout and she did very good with it and seemed to really enjoy sitting outside while we worked. The kids played in their sandbox and rode their cars around. Jack sure loves to throw things onto the floor. He does it all day long. Even playing with his toys, he'll throw them ahead and crawl to them to throw them again. And every time he does, he'll say "Uh mmmm (Uh Oh)." It is very cute how he says it. Once in awile he says it the right way after I say it first, but most of the time it's "Uh mmmm". Hailey wanted to sleep with her new stuffed animal. As she cuddled with it in bed while I was tucking her in, she said "I love my new big kitty. Aunt Vikki has so much money."
This is how Jack says "uh oh". I've been wanting to get it on video and was glad I finally did.

Hailey making Jack laugh really hard.

He wasn't really chewing on anything here, he was just moving his mouth trying to copy Hailey. And then he started trying to copy her laugh too. They were doing this for awhile before I even started videoing. It was so funny.

Just decided to take some videos while the kids were playing.

Max's new word he likes to use now is medium. When he has more than one size of something he likes to tell us which one is the medium one.

He wants a "real combine" not just a toy one.

Hailey was in her bedroom playing with all her stuffed animals. She had them all sitting in a circle. I think she was playing school and she was pretending to be the teacher.

Baseball Game!

Daddy's showing Hailey how to put her hand over her heart while singing the National Anthem.

Max put his hand over his heart too (not quite in the right spot but he tried).

Watching the game.

My mom wearing Kenzie's hat.

This morning, Nana came over and watched the boys while Hailey and I went to the dentist. I was first to get my teeth cleaned and then Hailey. Hailey talked to the lady the whole time, eventually inching her way over until she was standing right next to her talking to her while she was cleaning my teeth. As she got close to her she was chewing her fingers and said "Do I have to get pictures of my teeth today?" She stopped chewing her fingers and smiled when the lady told her not today. Then the lady asked her why and if she thought that was hard last time. She nodded her head yes and then said "I didn't like it so much." She was very glad she didn't have to have them this time. She talked to her some more telling her about her brothers and her new puppy. She said "If my brother was here he would push all your buttons cause he's only three years old." She also told her that she had another dog named Champ. She said "But one day he was here when I went to school but when I came home he was already in heaven." She looked down as she talked about him like she was a little sad. She talked alot while she was getting her teeth cleaned too, anytime she stopped to rinse her mouth. She said "We have a huge swing set with five swings, so we can have five kids. Well, one of the swings is a rocket ship and two kids can swing on that so actually we have four swings plus two so that equals six. So we can have six kids in our family. The only part she didn't like was the fluoride treatment. She did not want to put that thing in her mouth. She started crying a little bit and said she had to go to the bathroom. The lady talked her into opening her mouth and she put it in and held it in while I held her hands down so she wouldn't pull it back out. She only had to do it for a minute but she sure was mad at the lady afterwards. She wouldn't talk after that and was giving her dirty looks. It was funny. She didn't stay mad too long though cause the lady brought out the box of stickers for her to choose from and some toothbrushes. She was very good when the dentist came in to check her teeth. She said "I need the sunglasses now." She's definately not afraid to speak up anymore. (Last time she went to the dentist, she didn't say anything until afterwards and the lady told her to say something next time so she could get out the sunglasses.) Nana had mac n cheese already made for us when we got home. I had all three kids lay down for a nap after lunch. Hailey was up late last night and we knew she was going to be up late again tonight. She layed down for an hour in her bed but never fell asleep. Vikki came over and brought me a pair of shorts she found at Salvation Army. She french braided Hailey's hair. It looked cute. Bruce got home around 4:30. I got things packed for the ballgame tonight. The kids were excited to wear their baseball caps. We ate dinner and then met my mom and dad and Vikki and Kenzie there. It was Christian night so they had a Christian band playing there. Max loved dancing to the music. They also loved rolling down the hill. After awhile, we took the kids over to play on the playground. Max sure was good at climbing it all by himself. It's a very tall one with three levels and he climbed the ladder all the way to the top without any help. Daddy thought he might loose his hat so he went to take it off of him. Max said "No, cause I'm playing baseball." He wanted to keep it on. Hailey quickly made a friend and they played together. Jack got a little fussy toward the end. It was 8:30 and past his bedtime. He was very tired but couldn't sleep. He would close his eyes but then they'd pop back open every time the music played. We all had a great time at the game and our team won! Yeah! All three kids fell asleep on the way home and stayed asleep when we moved them to their beds. It was 10:30 when we got home.
