Here are just some pictures that I took today and yesterday.

We put Jack in his bumbo seat and gave him a teething biscut while we ate dinner. Hailey and Max liked having Jack sit right at the table with us instead of in the highchair. I think Jack really enjoyed it too. And he loves his teething biscuts.

Max was telling me all about coming out and seeing all the presents under the tree Christmas morning at our house.

Jack really likes this balloon and thinks it's so funny when Hailey moves it around. It really gets him laughing hard.

Hailey has been practicing riding her scooter around the house.

Hailey pushing her dolls around in the shopping cart. She always puts one doll in the front and one in the carseat in the back just like we do when we go to the store.

When we woke up this morning, we got ready and took about a one and a half hour trip to go to a Toysrus store. We got a bunch of pink cars on clearance and gave Hailey one for Christmas and Bruce sold the rest on eBay. But when she opened hers on Christmas, the car inside the box was red and not pink like it was supposed to be. Bruce got an Email from one of the buyers on eBay that the one he received was red also. All the pink ones were sold out at our store so Bruce wanted to check the next closest toysrus to us. We also stopped at an outlet mall on the way. I found a few shirts on clearance for the kids and got the pants I wanted. Then we stopped at Fazolis for lunch. There was a tractor parked across the parking lot so I took Max to go up and look at it. He loved seeing it up close and was very excited about it having a "fwat wheel" (flat tire). He kept talking about it and we had to walk all the way around it. It was parked right next to a big hill of snow. He kept saying "Is da fwat wheel stuck in da snow? Is da tractor bwoke?" He wanted to sit right next to the window while we ate so he could look at the tractor. We were just about done eating when a car parked in Max's way so he couldn't see the tractor anymore from where he was sitting. So he moved over to the chair behind him at a table that another lady was sitting at. When we went to move him back to our table, she said he was ok and let him stay at her table so he could see the tractor. He sat there and talked to her the whole time while we finished up eating and cleaned up our mess. It was so funny. He was just carrying on a whole conversation with this lady. He told her how old he was and his sister and brothers name and told her all about the tractor and the flat wheel. When we left, I took him to go look at it one more time. Hailey wanted to come with us this time. He had to tell Hailey all about it and showed her the flat wheel and where the tractor was digging in the snow. He sure gets excited talking about it. He talks much louder when he is excited about something. It was so cute to listen to him. When we got to toysrus, I took the kids to play on the train table while Bruce returned a couple things and looked for the pink cars. They were all sold out at this store too. Too bad, but at least the guy who bought the car wasn't too upset about getting a red one instead once Bruce explained to him that it wasn't his fault and the same thing happened to us. He only has to return the shipping cost and the guy is still going to keep the red one. Bruce was just trying to still get his daughter the pink one that she had wanted. While we were there, we picked a different Thomas set for Max since we had to return his other one cause it was a piece of junk and falling apart. We found one that was much nicer. It even came with a few train cars, a much better deal too. We stopped at Crispy Creams on the way home. The kids liked putting on the hats they gave out. Max ran up to daddy with his hat on and said "Look it daddy. I a donut boy." They were excited to get a "big" donut. They usually get donut holes. We took the car and on the way there and back, Max and Hailey both held Jack's hands. I would look back and they would both have a hand and were leaning over talking to him. It was really cute. Bruce had to leave for work as soon as we got home. I got Max and Jack down for naps. Hailey played with her new CD player. She liked singing in the microphones with the music. After eating dinner, I opened Max's new train set. We set it up in his room and the kids played with it until bedtime.

Hailey watching the pictures on my new digital picture frame.

Max really loved playing with the moon sand. He had so much fun digging in the "dirt" with the tractor and filling the dump truck.

Jack likes playing with this lights and sounds book on his bumbo tray.

Bruce and I didn't get to bed until 2:00 last night. It seemed like we had just fallen asleep when Hailey woke up and climbed in bed with us. We looked at the clock and it was 3:00. So we walked her back to her bed. She stayed for about a half an hour and then came back to our bedroom. We played the game of walking her back to her bedroom numerous times, about every half an hour or so, until 7:00 when we finally let her lay in bed with us. Jack woke up shortly after that and when she heard him crying on the monitor, she said "Jack's crying. I think he's scared of the wind." I brought him in bed to feed him and she gave him a hug and said "Awe, are you scared of the wind too?" So I guess that's why she was up all night because she was scared of the wind. I didn't even think of that when we were walking her back to her room, but it was making alot of strange noises that would be pretty scary to a kid. And all the icicles were falling too which was pretty noisy. I'm surprised she didn't say anything and just let us walk her back to her room. We even told her she couldn't watch any TV tomorrow and she would have to take a nap. She cried when we told her that but she still didn't say anything about being scared. She just said "I want to take a nap tomorrow. Just let me stay in your room. Please!" Now I feel a little bad. If she would have said something we would have prayed with her which always makes her feel better, and I might have even let her sleep on the floor in our room. While I fed Jack she rubbed his head the whole time and kept telling him it was OK. She never did fall back asleep. The alarm went off at 8:00 but we layed their until 9:00 when Max woke up. We were so tired, it was hard getting up to get ready for church. Hailey didn't even ask to watch Curious George this morning. She remembered that we told her no TV today. We hurried and got ready for church. At the last minute, Max wet his pants and Jack pooped and we were already running a little late. So we were almost a half an hour late for church, missing most of praise and worship. Max moved to the three year old class today. He was very excited that he was such a big boy and got to go to "a big class" just like Hailey. I also put Jack in the nursery. He did really good and was happy the whole time. Bruce and I both had a hard time staying awake during service. When I picked Max up, he was very excited to show me the picture he colored. He said "Look it what I make! I big now!" The rest of the day he kept asking "Are I big?". We stopped and got a mocha on the way home. After eating lunch, I had the kids lay down for naps. They all fell asleep very quickly. I was going to lay down and take a nap too but decided to go through all our pictures and pick some for my new digital frame that I got for Christmas. I filled the memory card up with my favorite pictures and had it playing by the time Hailey woke up from her nap. She noticed it right away and loved seeing all the pictures. She sat in front of it watching it go through all the pictures until it was time for dinner. Max enjoyed watching the pictures with us too when he woke up. There were alot of pictures of the kids with Champ. Hailey said "I love Champ. I miss him." After we ate, the kids asked to get out the bumble bee hop game. Max said "I want my faborwit (favorite) bug game to play." They sure squeal and giggle while trying to get away from the bumble bee as it "chases" them around in circles. It's so funny to watch. They played that for about an hour, and then I had them play something quieter so they could settle down before starting bedtime routines. Jack was sure having fun sitting in his bumbo seat playing with his new toys on the tray. The tray is nice cause he can play longer without dropping his toys. He doesn't really know what he is saying yet but he has now added "mama" to the list of sounds he makes. He sure is talkative. He also likes to spit and is always blowing rasberries.
Max is saying his first Bible verse. He is now in the preschool class at church. To make it fun for him to practice his Bible verse, I have him stand on the couch and after he says it, I take his hands and help him jump off. He always gets so excited and runs to the couch when I ask to tell me his Bible verse. Then, after saying it to me, he always asks "Now can I jump?" I was suprised that he didn't ask his teacher if he could jump after saying it to her.

The kids have so much fun playing this game. You're supposed to jump over it, but when Hailey and Max play it together, they just run in circles trying not to let the bee get them.

Hailey made a bed for Max on the chair (their boat) and told him to take a nap. Then she got a book to read to him. After she read him the book, she started rubbing his head while singing and talking to him. In this first one, she's whispering to him telling him to close his eyes.

Hailey was singing "Go to sleep, go to sleep, go to sleep little baby." Max didn't like being called a baby even in the song.

We spent most of the day just opening more boxes and playing with all the new toys.

Hailey and I had alot of fun making jewrly with her pop beads.

Max loves walking around the house playing his drum. Then Hailey and Max decided to put on a parade for me.

"Christmas Morning" at home

Looking for their presents. Whenever they saw one with their name on it, they would say "This is for me!"

I thought this was funny cause they were playing right next to each other. Hailey had four of her dolls lined up, and Max had four of his cars lined up (See next picture).
When I layed Jack down on the floor to play, Max said "He want to play tractors with me." Then he brought some of his tractors over and sat down to play with (by) him. Jack did enjoy watching him and he really likes all the sounds Max makes while playing.
Jack eating his first teething biscuit.
The kids were very excited to give daddy the gift they got him, a tuba ornament. Hailey saw it in the store and just had to get it for daddy for Christmas. They both couldn't wait for him to open it.
Max loved his drum that Hailey got him. As soon as he opened it, he got up and started playing it. It was cute how he did a little march as he walked around playing it.

Opening their shopping cart.

Daddy and Max figuring out how to move the ladder up and down on his new firetruck.
Feeding her "baby that poops".
Jack liked his new toy tray for his Bumbo seat.

Max enjoyed pushing "Nunkie fwiend" (his monkey) around in the shopping cart.
Max woke up at around 8:30 and crawled in bed with us. He didn't even notice all the presents under the tree. Bruce and I were really tired cause we were up till 3:30 last night. We were glad Max wanted to just stay and cuddle. Hailey woke up at about 9:30, and then we all got up. The kids were excited to walk out to the living room and see all the gifts under the tree. They loved looking at all the name tags to see which ones were for them. After checking out all the presents under the tree, they just went to playing with the toys that they got at the Christmas parties. Max lined up his new cars and Hailey lined up her new dolls (the three she got for Christmas and birthday and one that she got last year). I don't think she can ever have enough dolls. She is just like I was when I was little. They played for awhile, and then I told them they could open their stockings while they waited for Nana to show up. They were so excited about the little things they got in their stockings. They played with those until Nana came. Then we had Bruce's cinnamon rolls before opening gifts. Papa had to work but he stopped over for a few minutes for cinnamon rolls too. Jack enjoyed eating a teething biscuit that he got in his stocking. It was the first time he's had anything besides baby food, and he really liked it. The kids wanted to give their gifts they got for each other first. Hailey handed Max his and said "Here open this Max, but it's not a car." (Since this morning as he was pointing to the different presents under the tree, he kept saying "Dis is for me. Dere's a car in dere.") When he heard Hailey say it wasn't a car, he put it down and said "I don't want to open dis, Mommy. Haywee said it's not a car." I was able to easily talk him into still opening it though. He was so excited when he saw it was a drum. He wanted to get it out of the box right away. Hailey smiled as she watched him get all excited about it. He played it as he marched around the room. Next, Hailey wanted to give us the presents that her and Max got us. Hailey was so excited for daddy to open his tuba ornament from her. She saw it in a store and just had to get it for daddy. It was so cute how she thought of him right away when she saw it. She said "Oh, a tuba! We gotta get this for daddy. He will love it! " When he opened it she said "It's a tuba! You hang it on the tree!" The kids were excited to have me open the charms they picked out for my bracelet. The kids opened some gifts from us, and Bruce and I gave our gifts to each other. I was so happy to get a small camera that fits easily in my purse. I was very surprised too cause Bruce always tells me I don't need two cameras. The kids loved their shopping cart and pushed it around the house playing store. Max like that he can push his monkey in it. And Hailey loads it up with "groceries" and then puts one doll in the front seat and another doll in the doll carseat in the back. It's funny cause she loads it up just like we do when we got to the store. The kids sure had fun playing with all their new toys. Hailey had fun feeding her "baby that poops". She thought that was pretty funny. Then she gave her baby a bath. The rest of the day was spent just opening boxes for the kids and letting them play with their new toys. Of course, I had to play with my new camera too and took lots of pictures with it. I also worked on unpacking and laundry while the kids were playing. Bruce had to leave for work around 3:00, and I put Max and Jack down for a late nap. After dinner, the kids had more fun playing with all the new toys. I gave the kids baths before getting ready for bed. I brought Jack in the bathroom with us and sat him in his Bumbo seat with the tray on (one of his presents he got today). He seemed to like that much better since his toys didn't keep falling out of his reach. The tray helps him keep his toys longer instead of dropping to the floor right away, and it seems to help him sit up straighter too. and Max really liked playing with his trains in the tub. And Hailey really enjoyed playing with her dress-up doll stickers for the tub. She organized all the clothes into groups of shirts, pants, and shoes and said it was the store. We each took a girl "shopping" and picked out outfits for them to wear. It was alot of fun.
